Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times

• United States — items shipped from our US warehouse: free standard shipping, typically 4–10 business days from order to delivery. These items can only be shipped to addresses in the United States; checkout will show if an item is not available for your address.
• All other items and destinations: free standard shipping, typically 7–20 business days from order to delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs checks, holidays and remote addresses can add extra time. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we will help.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and selected European Union countries. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
