BodyForce was founded by two brothers who share a passion for fitness and an active lifestyle. Now based in Ireland, we've traveled a good part of the world together — and everywhere we go, we notice the same thing: staying in shape shouldn't mean being tied to a gym.

That's why we started BodyForce — to make it easy for anyone to train effectively at home, on their own schedule, without needing a gym membership.
